How fast will the goods arrive?

  1. We offer fast delivery to parcel machines (SmartPOST and Omniva), DPD courier to home or office, PostPal express courier in Tallinn and post offices all over Estonia. The delivery time, depending on the moment of ordering, is from the same day to the next working day. The exact delivery time of your order will be shown in real time on the page. Delivery takes place at the time indicated at the time of payment of the order. You can also pick up the parcel at our Tallinn branch at Kadaka tee 72A Tallinn. Orders paid before 10:00 on weekdays can be picked up at the dealership on the next working day and parcels are issued on the basis of an identity document from 18:00 to 21:00. We also deliver goods to parcel machines in Finland. The delivery speed from the day the goods are shipped out of stock is 2-3 working days to the Helsinki region, the rest to Finland 3-5 working days. We will show the day the goods are shipped out of stock on the page in real time and this is valid from the moment the order is paid.

Is the product original?

  1. Yes, we only sell original goods. Trading in non-original goods is illegal, punishable and is not dealt with by Rivel Partners OÜ.

How to return the product?

  1. The consumer’s right of return is provided by legislation and is not TeaForYou.ee the specifics of ordering from an online store. The purchased goods are subject to a 14-day right of return as of receipt of the goods. The right of return is set to ensure that the goods received correspond to the order. According to the legislation, the returned goods must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. More detailed information about the right of return can be found in the “Right of Return” section of the terms of sale. These restrictions do not apply to defective goods. The procedure for handling defective goods is set out in the “Procedure for Submitting Claims” section of the Terms of Sale.

Is it safe to pay with a credit card?

  1. Yes, when paying by credit card, you will be directed to the safe environment of Nets Estonia AS to make the payment. When requesting card data, the SSL security protocol and MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa security programs are used to ensure that the information exchanged cannot be intercepted or altered by unauthorized persons.

What should I do if I have a complaint?

  1. If a complaint arises, we kindly ask you to always contact our customer service for a solution. In order to ensure first-class customer service, we promise to solve all inconveniences honestly and professionally. In case of non-conformity or defects of the product, please forward a complaint to the e-mail address info@teaforyou.ee, indicating the name of the person placing the order, contact phone number, order number and an exact description of the product’s non-conformity or defect.
