It depends on the taste of the tea. Like many green teas, it is not recommended to boil it for a long time, since then a bitter taste will develop. For the preparation of tea we take filtered water, which is up to 85 degrees hot. In a glass tea kettle we put 5 grams of tea crumbs and 250 ml of water. According to the tradition of the first time, we pour away. The next cooking procedure lasts 20 seconds. Each subsequent time we increase the time by 5-10 seconds.
