Bai Hao Wulong
This oolong is produced using unique technology. It has a well-pronounced fruity spicy aroma and an equally slightly spicy, sweet, floral honeyy taste, a light roasted aftertaste and a bright honey aftertaste. An elite road with a soft feminine character. In taste and effect, it resembles red tea, although it has all the properties of oolongs.
Bai hao acquires a unique fruit aroma in summer. This Chinese road has its own curious history. In the summer, a certain species of aphids attacks tea bushes, as a result of which the eaten leaves on the bush wither. Initially, breeders simply threw away the raw material spoiled by aphids, but once tried to process it. The result was amazing. Unexpectedly, tea growers developed a new tea with an unusual fruity aroma and honey flavor. When aphid gnaws leaf rot, its saliva mixes with its enzymes, thus forming a specific aroma and taste of tea. The leaf itself withers and ferments directly on the bush. Also, the color scheme of raw materials turns out to be unusual – very colorful. It consists of white (pale buds) and lower leaves with a dark amber, reddish to dark chocolate color.
