How to boil?
You need to take a smaller teapot of 150-300 ml and add 5-7 grams of tea to it (one tablet or one teaspoon). Then you need to warm the teapot up to 95-100 degrees Celsius. The first thing to do is to “rinse” the tea, pouring boiling water on it and immediately pouring it out. The first draw time is boiled 95-100 degrees of hot water. Wait one minute and then pour the prepared porridge into a dish. Each subsequent draw time must be increased by half a minute, i.e. during the fifth draw, the road should be kept in the water for 3 minutes (1+0.5+0.5+0.5). A good Puerh can withstand up to 10 pulls. Do not forget to be guided by the color of the extract when boiling the porridge. Sheng Puerh gives a bright, translucent image, Shu Puerhi has a dark, thick, opaque image.
