Shuyixian is the most common shrub in Fujian. There is an opinion that Shuixian is among the oolongs, yes, it is, but in the south of the province a new variety has been born, where the leaf is processed using the technology of making red tea. This tea is pressed into 10-gram briquettes. Each briquette is wrapped in food paper and placed in a sealed package. In dry tea, you can feel chocolate, spices, some nuts. In dried form, the intensity of the aroma increases, and here there are also hints of florality and the smell of the forest. This road is located strictly in the middle between classic Chinese red tea and dark oolongs. Tea gives whiskey color from a leachate. If you like a stronger tea, you can overdo it a bit. The infusion goes cognac-colored. The taste is incredibly soft. With a slight acidity at the end. And with moderate bitterness in the aftertaste.
