Shu Pu – erh 2004

By weight, Puer practically does not sell to us. This is a fairly rare route in our area. He’s still drinking old teaheads. The road has incredible taste and aroma. Strong, memorable, emotional. This Puer is a benchmark for quality. We buy it directly from the plantations. This beautiful and unique Puer barn, a huge half-hut clay pot, is preserved, unusual and wonderful .

Boil this tea in water at a temperature of 100 degrees for about 10-120 seconds, depending on the passage.

Have a good time enjoying it!

Why is Shu useful?

Thanks to natural fermentation, porridges contain an unsurpassed level of useful substances (polyphenols, catechins, caffeine, theanine, vitamins). Therefore, their use for healing purposes is widespread. In China itself, these roads are mostly sold in pharmacies and are considered a cure for 100 diseases. Most often, the property of these teas is used to accelerate metabolism, which helps in weight loss. Constant drinking of shu porridges helps to achieve incredible results in slimming. Every Chinese woman who takes care of her appearance regularly drinks Shu Puerhi, which is why most of them are so slim. For a better effect, they need to be drunk daily, and you won’t even notice how you lose weight by several orders of magnitude in just a few weeks. Shu Puerh has a tonic, stimulating effect. Because of this delicious tea, you’re going to be bustling all day.

How to boil?

You need to take a smaller teapot of 150-300 ml and add 5-7 grams of tea to it (one tablet or one teaspoon). Then you need to warm the teapot up to 95-100 degrees Celsius. The first thing to do is to “rinse” the tea, pouring boiling water on it and immediately pouring it out. The first draw time is boiled 95-100 degrees of hot water. Wait one minute and then pour the prepared porridge into a dish. Each subsequent draw time must be increased by half a minute, i.e. during the fifth draw, the road should be kept in the water for 3 minutes (1+0.5+0.5+0.5). A good Puerh can withstand up to 10 pulls. Do not forget to be guided by the color of the extract when boiling the porridge. Sheng Puerh gives a bright, translucent image, Shu Puerhi has a dark, thick, opaque image.
