Bi Luo Chun Green Tea 洞庭碧螺春,
The second most popular green tea in China after Longing. In order to briefly and specifically describe this tea, in China usually says: beautiful form, saturated color, persistent aroma and rich taste. Tea are picked once a year. Every spring, thousands of women, wearing braided baskets, are going to pick up the tea buds that has not yet opened. This variety does not contain mature leaves and stalks, so the harvesting process is quite difficult.
Bi luo chun has a rich aroma of natural fruit notes, a very sweet taste and a saturated delicate aftertaste. The special tea aroma comes from fruits that grow close to harvesting tea, as the tea harvesting time coincides with the flowering period of the fruit garden. Boiled tea has a delicate yellow color with a light green tone.
