Puer (Shu) Guntin “Palace” 2006
This Puerh type is called Shu Puer Guntin Sancha Gong Ting San Cha. This name can be translated as “palace tea” Puerh. It is made from buds. Specifically, the bud and two tiny leaves covering this bud. They are removed from the tea bush if they are still less than 1 cm long. And further processed by classical tea preparation technology. In the final stage, is not compressed into pancakes, but carefully dried and sprinkled so that it does not stick together. At output, we get millions of small and tight dried buds and amazing flavors. Of course, this puer is incredibly time consuming in the collection stage. And its price is higher than the usual Shu Puer price. This tea is considered a luxury among the Puer. That’s where the name comes from. The aroma of dry tea is surprisingly dense. There are many land and wood aromas.

Brew tips
You should take a small teapot of 150-300 ml and add 5-7 grams of tea (one tablet or one teaspoon). The teapot should then be heated to 95-100 degrees Celsius. The first thing to do is “rinse” the tea by pouring boiling water on it and pouring it out immediately. The first draw is boiled 95-100 degrees hot water. Expect one minute and then pour the prepared puerh dish. Each subsequent tensile time must be increased by half a minute, ie the tide should be kept in the water for 3 minutes (1 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.5). Good Puerh holds up to 10 brews. Shen Puerh gives a bright, semi-gloss, is dark, thick, opaque color.
