Mei Zhou Gui Fei Hong Cha 肉桂
Zhougui is grown in the southeast of China in Fujian Province. Famous Wuyi Road in the city. The road to Zhougui is Dahunpao’s brother. They both grew up in the same place in neighboring plantations. Belongs to rocky oolongs that grow in the UI mountains in the north of the province. Chinese Zhougui is translated as “nephritis cinnamon”.

Brew tips
Nessesary to use:
– thick clay-walled teapot to give to reveal its aroma;
– clean filtered water. The water temperature should be around 85-90 degrees Celsius. It is important to remember that the oolongs do not like boiling water and reveal their aroma only at a certain temperature;
Before cooking, you need to prepare the teapot and pour boiling water over it so that it retains heat longer. Fill Zhougui tea and pour water. As a rule, we pour out the first brewing, thus opening the tea leaf. The following tea leaves are kept from 30 seconds to a minute.
