Puer (Shu) Guntin “Palace” 2013

This type is called Shu Puer Guntin Sancha Gong Ting San Cha. This name can be translated as “palace weight path” Puer . It is made from buds. Specifically, from the bud and two tiny leaves that cover this bud. They are removed from the tea bush, if they are still less than 1 cm in length. And further, the classic teamaking is processed according to the Shu Puer technology. In the final stage of the “Palace Porridge” is not pressed into pancakes, but carefully dried and sprinkled so that it is not stuck together into pieces. In the output we get millions of small and dense dried buds and amazing flavors. Of course, this Puer is incredibly time consuming at the collection stage. And its price is higher than the price of ordinary Shu Puer. This tea is considered luxurious among porridges. That’s where the name comes from. The aroma of dry tea is surprisingly dense. There are many aromas of earth and wood.

Every Chinese woman who takes care of her appearance regularly drinks Shu Puerhi, which is why most of them are so slim. For a better effect, they need to be drunk daily, and you won’t even notice how you lose weight by several orders of magnitude in just a few weeks. Shu Puerh has a tonic, stimulating effect. Because of this delicious tea, you’re going to be bustling all day.

How to boil?

You need to take a smaller teapot of 150-300 ml and add 5-7 grams of tea to it (one tablet or one teaspoon). Then you need to warm the teapot up to 95-100 degrees Celsius. The first thing to do is to “rinse” the tea, pouring boiling water on it and immediately pouring it out. The first draw time is boiled 95-100 degrees of hot water. Wait one minute and then pour the prepared porridge into a dish. Each subsequent draw time must be increased by half a minute, i.e. during the fifth draw, the road should be kept in the water for 3 minutes (1+0.5+0.5+0.5). A good Puerh can withstand up to 10 pulls. Do not forget to be guided by the color of the extract when boiling the porridge. Sheng Puerh gives a bright, translucent image, Shu Puerhi has a dark, thick, opaque image.

The bright hamish grey color of this good-quality and honest Ridge tells us that this tea was really produced 11 years ago. Young pu rhi does not have such a color, it is born only after six years of keeping. By now, there is a general standard that manufacturers must indicate all information about the goods on the packaging of the tea. 2004. In 2004, such requirements did not yet exist. Therefore, this Puerh is without any signs.
